The Town’s History Museum is located on the northern side of route 8 in the Village of Speculator, Hamilton County, New York. The building was the first Lake Pleasant Town Hall and the First Town Library. Today the building is used as a Museum and the Town Historian’s Office.
Memorial Weekend: Friday & Saturday
Memorial Day – Labor Day: Mondays (10am – 2pm)
June – August: Mondays, Fridays & Saturdays (10am – 2pm)
The Museum is also open by appointment or when the OPEN FLAG is flying. For an appointment, call our local historians.
